What each of us brings
Katharina works on the organisational side. Complex stakeholder landscapes, parallel initiatives, competing priorities. She creates structure, builds alignment and keeps things moving. Product strategy, agile transformation, backlog and prioritisation, process design, leadership coaching. Her presence leaves teams feeling clear, safe and capable.
Kaj works on the technical side as a senior architect and engineer with deep experience across the full stack. He shapes platforms, AI-enabled workflows and the engineering culture that makes teams excel. He embeds with teams, experiments and shares what works.
The multiplier effect
We talk across our domains constantly. A technical design gets questioned through an organisational lens over a coffee. A process design gets stress-tested against engineering reality in a conversation at the end of the day. This is not a service tier. It is just how we work, and it shows in the quality of what we each deliver.
Ways to work with us
We take ownership and stay hands-on at the level where the work happens.
- Embedded in engineering teams. Full-time or part-time, as technical lead, architect, platform engineer or an extra pair of senior hands. This is where Kaj typically operates, shoulder-to-shoulder with developers.
- In leadership teams and management. Product Manager, Agile Coach or part of a steering group driving transformation across multiple teams and stakeholders. This is where Katharina typically works, creating structure, alignment and momentum.
- Workshops and dojos. Focused sessions on AI-enabled development, ensemble programming, CI/CD, TDD or remote collaboration practices.
Assignments range from short intensives to multi-year engagements. We work remotely with professional A/V setups, or on-site in the Gothenburg area.
